No, no disappointment at all from her. She realized her and every other kid was a winner. At the end once past the finish line they were given water, juice, fruit cups, yogurt, a keepsake water bottle as well as ice cream. The security was super strict which was great, Mr. Party-Ruiner tried to get her to back out because of that (he assumed lack of security) . Like a huge even that has military police all around this city would ignore the kids event. Her group had the most kids so they went in groups and I believe it was between 3 to 4 groups of their age alone. There were 1800 kids in total though, I think the 11-12 year olds was the smallest .You don't realize what a quarter mile is until you're running it either, I learned that today I would've rather had been on the bike like the police escort they had

She did, she's already looking forward to next year . And I've got two people lined up to run it with her because I promise it won't be me dying again

Yeah runnings in it's whole other category . I love walking, actually about to walk to the store now for gravy for dinner

I always walk to the store.. It's only a couple minutes.
Never walking to work though, that's too far.

The store we went too is like a mile away so I'm impressed that she walked it

We took the bus back . I needed gravy for some pulled pork sandwiches for dinner and we got the glass jar gravy so I didn't want to risk them breaking somehow .

Eeeek ladies tomorrow is the big day (road test). I am soooo nervous. Never had much test anxiety as I do now. I also will be bringing down my application to the school district for a lunch monitor or food server, it's M-F, about what I make now but less hours (it'll be my part time job since it's only 15 hours a week). Hopefully I can get in and within a year you can go to a full time position

Thank you I'm super nervous and both can help give us a better future so they'll both be worth it. I can't believe I'm about literally twenty four hours away from the road test, a year ago I never thought I'd get here. I was all talk and no action

Thank you .She said they'll call in a few weeks to begin interviews . It's perfect too so I can keep my full time job at the gas station with my ghostly friend . And after a year if I get full time, than I'll turn the gas station into part time (because in the summer and breaks you loose money and I can't have that).
