Oh yes I definitely recommend coloring too!

It's not just a thing for kids. It can be very soothing.

When I was going through all my crap I researched things and one of the tools that came up was coloring so I got some coloring books and it really calmed me down.

Awww thanks I don't always get them but when I do they're bad. I just gotta find ways to chill is all I was recommended jogging got an app my friend recommended cause it eases you in nearly killed me hah but Jogging is good for anxiety
