It sounds like the scrapping crap along the floor and just loud thumping and Idk if I wanna do why I keep hearing that above my bedroom....lol We're gonna complain tomorrow isn't the first time either never doing anything but top floor ever again I swear it

Well first time we did it lady wrote us a letter saying how she has TWENTY grandkids and how they come over and blah blah so we were nice for a bit but they've taken the inch of noise we've given them and made it into a mile with the noise I taped them last night on my phone to show the leasing office and they're like clock work with the noise too ridiculous
