From the book, we never know that is he bad guy or not.. So I don't think we will know about it in the movie too..

tbh I'm okay with that. Cause sometimes I'm like yeah it just would make sense if he's following Snow, (not everyone is good) and then again I loved his character and like to think he's part of the resistance but had to play the part.

So it's really left to our imaginations.

Yeah.. At least we know that he's safe, but it hard to tell that he's on good or bad side, but I always felt that he just doing his job..
