Belle, I'll let you know.

I read a bit of Daughter of Smoke and Bone. I haven't finished it. I know Belle has definitely finished it.

I think you would like that book, Jen. I haven't read its sequel though. Too many books not enough time.

Has anyone here read anything by John Green? He is my favorite YA Contemporary author but I've only read one of his books and a short story, but I have most of his books.
I just always have another book come up.

I have only read The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. The book was really sad.

I've read The Fault in Our Stars as well - that book made me cry.

I've also read Looking for Alaska.

I don't have an e-reader. I see how useful they are, but I just prefer regular books.

I'm currently Confessions of a Murder Suspect by James Patterson. It's my first novel by this author and I'm a bit disappointed considering how prolific this author is. Maybe his adult reads are better.

I have a kindle (old one) and a Nook tablet but I mostly use the nook, I still read regular books too.

water lilies - I have read some of James Patterson's adult books and some are better than others. I read the first couple chapters of Confessions of a murder Suspect and thought it seemed good though. From a context clue in a early chapter I got the feeling it wasn't just a straight murder mystery.
