ITA. The reason Finnick, Johanna, Katniss, Haymitch, Peeta, Gale, etc were all a part of the rebellion was so that they didn't have to live in fear of Snow and the Capitol. I like to think that while it wouldn't have been easy especially after what they all went through, that they would've found some happiness.

Sadly, Finnick didn't get to experience it fully but he did for a little while in 13 with Annie. But Finnick would've wanted both Annie and Johanna to find happiness. I like to think that Johanna would look after Annie and baby Odair for Finnick and would also find something of her own that would bring her joy.

^Yeah, I could see that.

And when I was saying that Johanna took care of Annie and baby Odair, I wasn't meaning her actually living near them and all that. I was just meaning like her keeping an eye on Finnick's wife and child in her way which to me would be periodic visits and phone calls.

Did anyone else want Johanna in the Capitol fighting by Finnick's side? I really wanted to see more of their friendship.
