Candice Accola - Stepping down.

Hi guys,

while taking a break from the board, I decided to step down as a moderator. Being a moderator is great and I really enjoyed it most of the time but I realized I'm not the right person for that kind of job. I don't like to have too many commitments so having to post every day lately became a burden to me. I know that you're only supposed to post every other day as a moderator but I still felt guilty every day I didn't make it. I'm a "do it right or don't do it at all" type of person. Due to being tired of feeling guilty, I decided to go for not doing it at all.

Jess & Lizy, I'm sorry to let you guys down but I'm sure you'll do fabulous without me! I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet both of you and work with you.

Please don't hesitate to ask me whenever you need help with the board! I still care about it.

To all of you wonderful posters: Thanks for making the board the fun and comfortable place it is! I've enjoyed meeting you all and I'm grateful for how supportive you were of me as a moderator. I hope to still seeing you around!

I don't want you to think that you are letting us down, you aren't. I understand where you are coming from, and if you feel you need to do this, then I'm totally behind you on your decision. I couldn't have asked for a more fantastic co-mod and I will miss modding with you like crazy

I hope to still see your lovely presence around here

This makes me really sad but I do understand. You don't need to feel like your letting anyone down because you aren't.

I hope we'll still see you around the board.

OhNo!! This is so sad I couldn't believe it .... Thank you so much Sandra for all you have done for this board you made us poster very proud ... We understand why you have to leave even though it sad to see a friend go .. But we will be seeing you around so yeyey on that hopefully everything goes well .... *wipes away a tear *

It wasn't easy to make this decision and reading this thread actually makes me tear up but I'm happy with my decision. I think it's for the best. And I will, of course, still be around here and then!

Sorry to hear you're stepping down because you were a mod here from the beginning, but I do understand your decision, especially because I took a break from FanForum as well. You were a great mod though!
