 I know girls! But I'd recommend refraining from everything sweet. You can eat dark chocolate though  Also, avoid fried, greasy and salty food. Instead eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and calcium rich food  Drink a lot of water. Drinking camomile tea helps too I've read a lot about that, because mine are just horrible.__________________
