I thought they went a tiny bit overboard with the crying in 6x02 and 6x03 but Caroline just lost her best friend Bonnie. Elena didn't want to talk about Damon so she felt weird around her and then she got compelled making things even more weird. She lost her home and Stefan like she said disappeared into thin air and seemed totally cool with never seeing her again. So I get it. Imagine if your friend did that to you.

Honesty isn't being rude, I said the truth because most of the reception from that kiss has been calling it awkward, oh well at least they're cute, maybe not every cute pairing is great at kissing

Honestly I've only been in here for a few minutes and it's already uncomfortable. I can respect peoples opinion because I know we all can't like the same couple. That's fine.
