More than anything I want to be rid of this awful baby nonsense, and since I am doubting that they'll actually kill the baby off, I do think that they will disappear the baby for awhile.
I think in the season finale, after all is said and done, Klaus will decide to send her away... .
And my head canon is that he gets Josh to take the baby away from New Orleans, to meet up with an old friend of his and give the baby to the friend. So Josh takes the baby and goes to meet up with this friend at a train station, and he's looking around and a girl comes up to him and says "Are you Josh?" And it's Caroline. And she takes the baby to a nice couple to raise and we never see it again.

It won't happen, but in my head it's the best case scenerio.

Only, in my head, Klaus was the one who met Caroline and gave her the baby.

I only thought of Josh being the one to go so that Klaus could keep his promise to her, but obviously, him going in person would be better.
