what I was saying on Glee, I can't believe people are expecting a photo or demanding LC to confirm it to be real. The news has been out for 4 days now. LC haven't responded (when they could have denied). And their REPS REFUSED TO COMMENT. The fact that their reps refuse to comment says so much. They could easily deny it.

People need to study the law because photos can't be taken of anyone in a restaurant without their permission. Someone can get into serious **** for this. I can see why an employee of the restaurant, the one who reported them in, wouldn't want to do that because she could lose her job, have to go to court, etc. etc. Even the average people who saw them together like we saw in those tweets can't take photos of them in a restaurant.

I wouldn't expect LC to confirm it. Ian&Nina, Rob&Kristen, Penn&Blake (when they were dating) never CONFIRMED their relationship like tell the world they're dating. They were just caught, kinda like Monchele was. After two years of dating, gradually RK started referring to each other as boyfriend&girlfriend when the Media asked questions.

I get that but I thought pics taken outside of a restaurant of the inside of a restaurant were not prejudiciable...If you're in, yes but from outside, you're in the public space so it's not...

It's obvious the date is true. Because those average people, who aren't even gleeks, tweeted about seeing them. I don't really need a picture (which I know I can't get) to confirm it. I don't care for a picture that would put someone's whole life in jeopardy.
