Hell Is Other People
DAMON’S PERSONAL HELL — After finding himself on the wrong end of Julian’s (guest star Todd Lasance) plan to avenge Lily’s (guest star Annie Wersching) death, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) awakens to find himself trapped inside the Phoenix stone, tormented by a traumatic experience from his time in the Civil War and forced to face his darkest demon in order to get out. On the outside, Bonnie (Kat Graham) is in a race against the clock to get Damon out before the effects of the Phoenix stone take over and leave him changed forever. Paul Wesley, Candice King and Zach Roerig also star.

The writers are seriously doing it wrong

So I finally watched 7.10 and one word comes to mind "weird" there was a lot of Damon

and a few scenes with Stefan..one was flashback Stefan

So Damon got stuck in his own hell dimension and figures out he's in some kind of loop (experience the same thing over and over again) and try's to get out,he starts with a flashback to the time he was fighting in war and then he wakes up by Bonnie (some kind of spell) but he figures out that is not real and he's still trapped. The last scene was terrible Damon wakes up with Bonnie again but also Stefan,Caroline and Matt are there...you should think this is real...it's a little unclear..but Damon thinks he's still trapped and kills them all!!
