I think they can do S7 with just Paul and Nina. Paul and Nina seems sure about S7 unlike Ian who has said multiple time that this might be his last season.

I doubt it. The suggestion that an integral actor to the show doesn't want to continue has more of a negative affect than a positive one, I think. It shows they've lost interest. If ratings were good, then lengthy contract negotiations would probably peak interest, but since ratings have been dropping for a while, with many fans losing faith in the show, I think this is just bad press. Odds are, the 3rd actor will sign, but that it took them so long to do so is not a good reflection on the show or the people in charge of it.
