Season 1 would have to go with that 1.10 scene a.k.a Paul's favourite and season 2 the dock scene in 2.14..

Season 1 is the pilot episode, the last part where Elena invited Stefan inside her house.

Season 2 is the reunion episode, when Elijah released Stefan from the tomb and Stefan surprised Elena in her bedroom. I love it because the reunion was unexpected.
