I think it's rugby. Cos American football in TV shows always show one guy throwing the ball to his teammate all the way to the touchdown line and that's throwing forwards.

Well in American football you can throw backgrounds, I believe it's called a flea flicker.
But I thought in Rugby you don't wear any padding but in American football you do.__________________
