Yeah. I can't tell which scene that is from. At first glance, I thought it was of Caroline looking down at her awesome last minute party (Stefan's birthday) at the Grill. But now, I doubt so.

They were precious in the pilot. It's kind of funny to see how annoyed Stefan was and how stalkerish Caroline was in the pilot but now they are BFFs!
