Episode Discussion: Heroic Origins  ABED WORKS AT PROVING HIS THEORY THAT THE STUDY GROUP MEMBERS HAVE ALL CROSSED PATHS IN THE PAST AND WERE DESTINED TO MEET AT GREENDALE – Abed (Danny Pudi), becomes convinced that the study group was destined to meet at Greendale and pieces together everyone’s past – revealing that their lives have been intertwined for years. This episode had so many continuity errors, it was actually quite jarring.
I absolutely loved the third act in the fro-yo shop though. |

I liked the episode
 I loved Annie and Troy's backstory, but it lost meaning too because of the continuity errors. Britta's was actually a little accurate. I can't remember where I read it, but I read long before this episode that she was a part of a group of anarchists who left her as soon as she got in because she was the worst. Her HAIR lol Poor Shirley. I felt so bad for her. Abed's back story was awesome. The only thing I was left wanting more of is that I wanted to see how ALL of their paths crossed. Like, I wonder if there was an un-shown backstory where Shirley and Annie met up or Abed and Britta. __________________
