Hi there, I'm addicted to nikita, and the previous la femme nikita... i think both are simply awesome!!! I was wondering if any of you knew similar novels/series that have the same twisting plot, action, romance as these great tv series? It's great how you get to be surprised episode after episode, you never know what to expect... and it is so cool!!!

I don't know books, but I know a tv series similar to this, it's called "Alias". I say similar because there's spy, action and romance (with a little bit of sci-fi, in some way). It had five seasons

I tried the first season of Alias but yeah I didn't it that much either It was okay, but the main guy kind of bored me and idk it just seemed like so much nonstop action and cliffhangers every episode that it was hard for me to connect to it emotionally in the way that I did with La Femme Nikita. It was a few years ago now though that I tried watching it, maybe I will check it out again sometime

Yeah it was pretty conflated! I liked it okay I guess, but I wasn't really drawn in enough to watch the second season. I normally love shows that have women kicking ass too, but Alias just didn't click for me

Besides Alias and LFN I don't think there are a lot of woman/action/spy shows, out there. Maybe Chuck? I never watched it, but I know there was the Chucks girlfriend who was also a spy

Anything you want to know: mostly about the show or stories or episodes. Maybe you want to know a song in a certain scene or know something about the story of the show that can't be asked in a particular episode thread (because it's more general)...

But I personally thing that this thread can be used also for FF questions, since it's not the best thing to ask stuff about FF in characters' threads.
