Besides PowerDVD is there any other program that can capture a video autiomatically for screencaps? Nothing too difficult to use and doesn't take a whole lot of space?

Image Grab does automatic capping and it's very easy to use.

you can also just use ghost mouse and set it to capture every few seconds with any capture program.
