Log In Troubles

OK, for some reason, when I log In, it say's logging in, but then it goes right back to the log in screen and I'm not, but once I refresh, it then shows, I'm logged in. It's on every website, I try to log into. Even here. I have to refresh everytime, to get it to show, that I'm logged in. I'v cleared my cache, cookies, etc, but it still does it. Does anyone have any suggestion's on what may be wrong?

It also happens when I post a reply. It gives me an error message, but then once I refresh, it shows my post.

Help Please

It does in on everything though. I have to refresh every page I visit, not just here. I thought it was just log in, but for some reason, If I visit a webpage, then click it again later, it shows me, what I saw to begin with and want show anything new, until I refresh the page. I don't know..
