Default Gateway Appears To Be Offline
Well, a few months ago, I was unable to connect to MSN and it said my default gateway appears to be offline. I have no idea how to fix this.
My OS is Windows XP and I'm using cable internet. |

are you able to get online at all? also there may be setting in msn that think you're offline, make sure it's not trying to dial up or something.

I'm able to use FireFox, Opera, and other web browsers, except for IE.
It's not just MSN. It's also AIM and anything that deals with online except web browsers. MSN isn't set to offline. It doesn't let me sign in at all. |

Do you have any firewall software? If you do, check your settings, maybe it's not allowing those programs to connect. That's the only thing I can think of.
