That's cool! I do enjoy a lot of winter sports, well, that comes hand in hand when you're from Canada
yeah, it was great having it hosted here, except I don't live in Vancouver, but it was great winning some golds on home soil ps- TFTNT! |

I remember last year, the time difference is huge, but I had spring break, so I stayed up late, or set my alarm for 3am, then got up to watch the skating events! I had so much fun! I just love the whole olympic spirit! Then during the day I would spend all my time watching the other sports, like curling, and bobsled, and luge, and this weird thing where they ski and then shoot at targets?

I think the thing that was the biggest deal over here was definitely the hockey game against the US. It was INSANE. I remember having to study for a test the next day yet I sat and watched the game
Is it cold over there now? Last night it snowed soooo much over here! And it was my cousins 27th, she got so drunk and threw up everywhere |

Oh, yes, I watched the game too, I was so happy Canada won! They're just so passionate about hockey, so I was totally cheering the team on behind my tv.
And it is. The sun is starting to show occassionally, but we still got a lot of rain and it's very cold. Of course, that's probably nothing compared to Canadian weather. And that sounds like it was a nice party! Last time I got 'so' drunk, was at my 18th birthday. I haven't touched a beer ever since. I do still drink cocktails though. |

Oh, i definitely still have some beer, it treats me better than hard liquor does. Shots I can't do anymore But yeah, the party was insane.
Yeah, we were ankle deep in snow last night, in heels too! I was glad we won too, hockey is definitely a big thing over here! I think part of the reason we did so well this year is cause winter sports are well...what we excel at cause we're Canada |

We only ever won one gold medal at the Winter Olympics, and as for silver and bronze, those medals come around rarely.
Thankgod it stopped snowing here, it was pretty bad here from November until January too! I'm gonna go now, school tomorrow, gotta get up early, boo. Hope to talk to you again soon! |

Trying to do homework, packing to go back to my university home. I'm going to miss home cooked food All I eat there are frozen dinners and stuff I make, which def isn't as good as home cooked meals!
