IMHO, I hope they never do anything to develop a relationship between McGarrett and Kono because I just can't see Steve crossing those boundaries with a co-worker. His work ethic is too strong.

I agree I always have said I love the friendship they share, and a relationship on the workfloor never ends well but when you love each other nothing can hold you, so If these two ever will become a couple then it will be in the last season of the show.
