I'm a shopaholic, so I'm always buying stuffs online (considering I live in the middle of nowhere I NEED to buy them online)

So to me it's very handy

Well, I don't really like talking with stranger on phones either... I'd rather do shopping all through the internet, than having do make a phone call to a seller about something

Yeah I'm the same, but I do the calling stuff anyway, because you just can't go an easy way with SAD Or you will relapse

I don't have it and I already find it hard to make those calls, so I imagine how harder it must be for you

Sadly I still have tons of relapses but it's definitely much better than it used to be a couple of years ago

It's hard, yeah, sometimes I can't even sleep at night when I have to go out somewhere the next day, but you know I guess at some point I realized that I should stop comparing myself to others because it's just not the same for me, and it made me appreciate my little achievements and be proud of them, and really replace hate with love. Ngl, I wish I didn't have it, but at least I can get as happy over going to postal office and sending cards just as somebody would get happy over buying a new house

Well, relapses happens to everybody... so don't be too hard on yourself about that!!! And just the fact that it's not as bad as before is already a good thing

I like your attitude!!!! And you're right, you should be proud of your conquests!! No matter what others think of it... If it was something you had to overcome, you already deserve kudos for it (even if for others it seems like a normal action)

Dude... I get happy when I manage to do the dishes without breaking a plate... so I say all achievements are worth celebrating!

Yeah I'm trying, it's not always easy. Sometimes too much self critic can cause another relapse

That's true, I'm quite proud of myself

You're right, I keep telling myself that, but you know the pressure society puts on you doesn't help much

You should be proud!!! And don't be so hard on yourself

It's not that I break them because I want to... I'm just a klutz when it comes to chores, so if I'm doing the dishes (which is a rare event) I usually ended letting one or two things slip and they ended up breaking
