Hawaii Five-0 Rewatch: Season1, Episode 2. October 2nd, Episode discussion thread
A National Security Agency expert in cyberterrorism, Roland Lowery, is kidnapped by a Serbian gang. While Kono Kalakaua is tasked with looking after Lowery's son Evan, the rest of the team discover Lowery was working on a "skeleton key", a computer program that would allow the user to hack into anything. Soon, Kono and Evan are kidnapped by the same gang led by Drago Zankovic. The rest of the team realize the gang is using the program to shut down the island's radar, allowing a plane to smuggle through. Zankovic intends to sell the program to the occupants of the plane. Before the deal is made, McGarrett's team storm the warehouse and arrest Zankovic. I liked that episode.
I remembered all scenes from watching it the first time, but I had no idea it had been that early on the show. I had thought season 2 or late season 1. good start with the scene in steve's house: the conversation about malasadas and the first army/navy "discussion" I liked danny's rant after Steve had hung that criminal over the roof. He was very upset. and Steve really scared that kid in the elevator - he even cocked his gun in there. I think he didn't even noticed the boy until it was too late. danny's comment: "you really have an amazing way with children." kono showed again that she can kick a**. such a sweet scene in the end: chin, danny and steve surprised her with being in their uniforms and gave her something for her graduation. __________________
