I really have no opinion about him. It depends on how the story plays out itself. If Elena really feels strongly about him then that will be interesting to watch but frankly, he is only in the story to create anguish for delena, nothing else. TVD is only about delena. There is no room for any other story so I can't take it seriously. However, I do wish that writers shake up the story a little bit.
