As for who will be more awkward - I actually think it will kind of be Damon. I think Elena's going to want to talk about what happened and Damon's going to avoid it and try to focus on finding Stefan. (Though it could totally be the other way around, but just from Damon sort of giving Elena up, I think it'll be this way.

i agree Lizy, i think damon may want to focus on stefan and tell elena that what happened with them isnt important right now.
