That pic is from the 2009 Scream Awards (Paul is on the other side of Ian). Here's the full picture.

Jorge Garcia was in Monte Carlo (for the 50th TV festival there), and he had a bunch of pictures posted on his blog with commentary. He mentioned being at the 50th anniversary party and wrote ...
