Same. I used to love reading DE fanfics but I think you can guess why I started to dislike them.

I haven't read TVD fic period in quite a while. Not even ones that I've read before and really like.

I would love that too. This is why I stop reading any TVD fics. Even if it's center around ship it's always about the guy and the writers barely give Elena POV and/or is the bad guy. A few years ago I did read a Elena center fic and it was really good but I don't remember the title.

Most fics revolve around ships. Trying to find a character related fic is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
