Marie, she left for Paris with a modeling job but she left Isabella to her mother in Canada

she didn't bring her which makes sense considering what she was about to do with her career but still :/

I love Degrassi, but it does have it's downsides. I think a lot of times they put Mia in a bad light and that didn't sit well with me

Maybe they didn't hate the character but they didn't care about her. Their was not really any effort when it came to Mia IMO.
