I think it's just being taken down every time it's uploaded. A lot of people get away with posting movies/shows by slowing down the volume or flipping the video (mirroring it) but some companies seem to make youtube catch their media immediately no matter what they try to do so maybe this movie has one of those companies

No, some people change the names of things on YouTube to get around the copyright laws and such.

That's the worst, when you buy it and then it's not worth it because it doesn't work. I truly hope the issue is resolved for you soon.
