According to Norman Buckley, who posted it, it is her. I wasn't sure at first, but it does kinda look like her mouth! It's a different outfit from the other pictures he posted which doesn't really matter much... I guess.

I love the first pic of Keegan and I think Troian looks gorgeous in the pic at the table.
