I think they'll be together till the end. With drama and angst, but they won't split up. Maybe we will have long fights and not see them together (on screen) for a bunch of episodes, but they will still be together.
IDK how they can split them up after the finale.

Also, I am wondering if Ali is the one who hit Toby (or one of her minions), so that when Spencer gets arrested, he isn't there to help her out in any way.

I think this is actually the most likely scenario. After all when are accidents ever just accidents on this show? I mean he just happens to get in a wreck the night of his graduation putting him out of commission and in no place to help Spencer right before she's getting arrested. Another thing not on this show- simple coincidences.

Also if Spencer and Toby, arguably the strongest couple on the show, can't make it to the end, what hope is there for the rest of the couples? Spopy has come too far and survived too much to get anything other than a happy ending.

There are no coincidences.

They are by far the strongest

They only ever break up to protect each other, and that says everything, imo

They've been through so much and have overcome it all
