AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING EPISODE.
My heart went out to Spencer. I mean I felt bad for Aria, but it was NOTHING in comparison to Spoby in 316.
And once again, the only person in tune with Spencer's emotions...Toby. Kudos to how he handled it today.

He loves her so much

It's still absolutely perfect that he basically went to sit with Veronica because she was worried. I wish we'd seen the call or seen her tell him at least, but it was good how it was, too. He cares about her family, and her family trust him

He handled everything so perfectly. No irrational anger, and I like that he said that the dinner she missed didn't matter, because what matters is her and she needs help

I agree, Aria was nothing on Spencer in 3x16, as bad as it was for her.

Also we need to kill a thread because

"We need some time together."
"I'd almost forgotten your smell."

Ughhh that necklace. This show wants to kill me.

Oh I wish the Spoby ending would have been different. I wish he would have found out about the pills, and helped her with it in the end.

Honestly I don't really care what's going on with EzriA, I'm not a fan of either, and just want Spoby stuff. I'm a bad fan of the show, oop.

Veronica told him. He said that he wished Spencer had. I think it's kind of beautiful though, that Veronica accepts and respects him enough to include him in something like this. She trusts him with her child, that's huge!

By no means was this a happy Spoby moment, but I liked everything about it anyway. I liked how Toby handled it, and I liked what Spencer's mom said as well. Spencer does need help, but that scene was well played on all sides.

I think in a lot of ways, this is so much better than anything happy could have been. He was so mature about it all. He's devoted to her, and the fact that her mother feels the need to include him is very telling.
