His ethics would say he should be an amazing cop. But let's face it he sucks. He only become a cop to keep an eye on the girls and to help them on that end.

Although if we left the force could he still keep his uniform?

Toby as a cop just doesn't work. Especially since Spencer. Like, I get he wanted to protect her, but have you met Spencer? B&E, snooping, not giving a **** about law when it comes to -A...come on. That's why you two were falling apart; she's not going to tell a cop what's going on, because she knows that Toby is the kindest soul.

Can he go back to being a carpenter? I liked that better.
