I think in the end, this will be a little like on Legend of Korra. She liked her friend Makko but he fell in love with her girly friend Asame. He two-timed Asame with Korra. When he and Korra were together, he two-timed on her with Asame. In the end, they both found out and started joking about him. We'll never get to have Hannah and Spencer get slashed,but my point is that they'll get past this. Caleb will be the ass who only cares about himself,neither of them needs him and they'll wonder why they bothered. She has Jordan and Mona...has such pouty lips.

SH never should have happened. Why couldn't Caleb just work for the campaign and make Spencer coffee? Why did it need more? It's a waste of time and didn't do anything good for SH.

Because the writers don't know how to write drama without a relationship, one of them even admitted as much. Outright said that there is no drama without a love interest, which is strange because other shows seem to manage it.
