They clearly didn't plan to get seasons 6 and 7 considering the absolute state that was 5B and the time jump.

It didn't need to, tbh. I love it, but the time jump wasn't necessary, 5B was pointless. It could have ended by now.

I remember seeing jokes about how the show is going to go on for the next 30 years and we are going to be old ladies still not knowing who A is.

The cast have almost all made it clear they're done after season 7. The crew are considering continuing without them

There wouldn't, but the set they use has been there for forever and I couldn't see them moving.

It's also the Dukes of Hazzard town, the Terminator tv show, and loads of others. Radley can even be seen in Casablanca.
