I agree, it would have been interesting to see Peter's reaction to Alex. Heck, it would have been nice to see all the Hastings' (Melissa, Jason, Peter, Veronica) reactions to Alex. We at least got to see Melissa and Veronica in the finale but they weren't in it much and it would have been nice to see all of them learn Spencer had a twin.

I also think had Veronica and Peter known there were twins they would have taken Alex as well.
