Aria & Hanna's latest scene

and ok, let me try and put my feelings into words:

did I see that fallout coming? yes, (way) before 1x15 even aired (due to the Greek/PLL promo which has Aria's saying "But you're supposed to be my best friend"), still it was sad, it was pretty bad and since it was quite emotional, dramatic, had my favorite friendship on the line and two characters which I care about at odds... well, it felt like a fallout-breakup-divorce kinda situation to me.

you see... Aria used to be my favorite character (I think), now it's Hanna - but I do care about both and

the friendship, so this made me feel somewhat as a kid having to choose between two people he cares about, having to choose a side and while I'm leaning towards Hanna's (the tears!

the sad faces! and she's really in a crappy situation

) I get Aria's and I believe that both were pretty much wrong and right at the same time:

Hanna tried to tell Aria what she did in the previous episode, but then Aria was back to being happy (and remember when Hanna hinted to her that it might be better for her and Ezra to be apart for a while?) and she couldn't... she (again) had the opportunity to tell her in this one, but she didn't and got busted. Now Aria's problem is that she wouldn't let her bestie explain and thought she knows all about Hanna's situation (oh, Aria... but you know nothing about their money problems or about Ashley's crime)

what a mess... what's sure is that these two need to work it out and soon

other PLL friendships are fine, but this one is the most compelling and amazing to me

So: the episode was good and bad for our Hand Holders: they got to share plenty of scenes (cool, Hanna got to be with Aria in her house without the other girls being there as well

), but they also had a fallout and now Aria is in her mean mood and Hanna is just miserable.

on a much lighter note: I love how you, Chrissy have an Lucy/Aria & Ashley/Hanna avatar while Jackie has one with them holding hands

And I fully agree that they're both right and wrong. Oh, girls..
