Odd that in their flashback it is Toby, not Jenna, who puts her hands on his face. Yes, when she tries to kiss him he leaves, but before that he seemed very happy to be with her, even suggesting that these holiday trips become a new tradition. For someone who seems to hate Jenna, Toby seems awfully fond of her sometimes.

I think he was trying to put animosity aside for the sake of their parents. He saw she was upset so he put her hands on his face to help her "see" the only way she could. She was out of line to try and kiss him considering their history.

OMG, I don't know what to do with myself right now.

They did seem to be on much better terms at that time for them to be sitting alone on the porch. ~~we're never gonna meet their parents.~~

It was very interesting that Toby initiated physical contact with her. He wanted to help her see as best as she could.

Was she way wrong in attempting to kiss? HELL YES. In no way did Toby act as if that's the direction this together-time was going. She read that so wrong. But she always does with Toby. He's her weakness.
