I can't grudge Adele the award, she's got an incredible voice and is lovely. But overall I just think BTW deserved the award for the variety of both sounds and deep themes touched upon, Adele's album pretty much sounds the same the entire way through. But oh well, as our girl said to fans last night, you can't win them all.
 She knows her monsters loved it and that's what counts most to her. |

I agree. And apparently Billboard, VEVO, Tony Bennett and even Katy Perry all thought that BTW should have won the AOTY award.

Thankfully I only have to sort out transport, my desired venue is less than an hour from where I live. And my dad is a cab driver, so I'm hoping he'll be able to set us up with a reasonable price for a return trip.
