I finally saw Privates!! took me long enough

but I had time over the bank holiday weekend and finally watched it all and loved it

I know I am glad I finally got to see it

Loved all the Private Keenan scenes especially seeing him come into his role as the unsung leader of the group. I also loved getting to know more about him and why he was so angry at Hobbs. At the end when he jumped on Lomax who had the grenade my heart pounded so much I didn't want him to die!!

Then we saw him move and open his eyes I was so relieved! I hope there will be a S2.

And Alex even tweeted that it was the highest rating show in that time, so it's weird that it isn't getting a second season

Considering the time of day it was on and the lack of advertising for it, it did so well. You'd think they would've made a second series - serious BBC fail

Alex played that part so well, it's a shame we won't get to see him further it.
