For someone who was never really into visiting Paris before either, I have to say that it does offer a lot of really cool things to see and do.

I think it has a lot to offer, generally speaking. But seeing it like this, I think it makes the feeling of history and importance in that respect more potent.

Yes Kris, we love those things . The State Fair as a ton, next year we said we're going to try getting our pic in as many as possible, I know of at least 5 there.

Ostriches are just so funny looking, that I love them.

And I didn't even notice, but him and the ostrich really do have the same expression. That's great.

I love macarons Kris! Do they sell them at McDonalds?! Or were you just eating them there? What kind did you have?

I've never had macarons. At least, not that I can recall. I'm not big on sweets, though, so maybe that's why.

The garden does look beautiful. I could probably just sit there all day, reading a book. That's so something I would do, even with all the beautiful things to see in Paris.

I never met somebody who thought ostriches were funny looking They are just dangerous.. that I learned during the few months I worked in a zoo (in the administration of course but nevertheless)

Yeah, Ria, you can buy them at McCafé It's so great because there they are a lot cheaper than in a Macarons shop.

Beth, it's the same with me about the garden... You just need a great book and you'd be beyond happy. I preferred Versailles over Paris as well.

This will probably sound silly, but the lakes there look just like the lakes here. Again, it's silly since I'm sure that most lakes in the world look the same. I think it's just kind of cool that even though we all lives worlds away, it's good to know that we still manage to see all the same things when we look around us.

The other pics are great too. The castles (or I at least assume that's what those are) are incredible. I think the only reason I'd ever want to go to Europe was to see them. But being how I am, I'd just want to lay on the lawn, close my eyes, and pretend that I'm someone else for the day.
