They seemed together in the early episodes of this season so I guess that means they are still together.

I'm assuming they still are. But it was left a little open ended since we didn't get anything from them and who knows what's happened in that time. But considering the whole "I know who my soulmate is" and Quinn getting to be herself around Puck I'm sure they were still together.
