And plus I always forget about Jane. She could be the 2nd. But either way in the beginning it seemed like Quinn was really important.

And she's supposed to be second female lead out of them. At least she used to be.

Me too. The kids just seem more important other than Will.

I actually thought it was ensemble but then at least well ok at least she is 2nd female lead. And now I don't even know what she is.

Well the show definitely isn't ensemble as it's advertised to be.

The favoring of certain characters is so obvious it's so hard to be fans of others. But I don't regret it one bit.

It really isn't. Though is it wrong that I still love that Dianna is credited first. Even if it is just because it's alpha order (which is why I assumed it was ensemble in the first place).

We got a good amount of Quinn in S1, I guess. Still out of proportion to some others, but this show that is supposed to be an ensemble has always failed at that. Between wasting time on loads of guest stars, and "stars", most of the core characters don't get their fair share of time.

We got a lot of Quinn. Not as much as others say but I think we did get a bit. However it was still a lot of propping. Even her pregnancy storyline was less about her (and Puck) and more about FR and Will/T/E.

And they spend way too much time on the exact same characters. Song and storyline wise.

What we got in S1 was by far better than the stuff in S2 cause a) she interacted with a variety of characters, b) had a story line of her own even though a good portion of it was propping, but still, it was bearable compared to the obvious propping in S2 and c) it felt like the writers sorta cared about her, though not enough as I would like them to. I really don't understand why they don't seem to care about her anymore.

I agree with everything you said. S1 was a lot more bearable than what we got in S2.
