Queen of the Angels comes from when Finn sang Hello, I Love You to Quinn (and kinda in response to PQ).

So I just went with that because it really does fit her in my opinion.

As for the title it's something Quinn says. Don't know the episode (it's been so long) as I found the quote on tumblr with a Quinn gifset. But it could have been the episode where Kurt's dad is in the hospital or during one of the God Squad sessions (those happen in S3 I think).
