Wow, you girls have been here for so long! I wish I joined sooner (well I apparently joined in 2015, but I can't even remember doing it), but I never really understood how active this forum still is. Most I've visited regularly over the years have all died, but I love that this one is still going so strong!

We [Fan Forum as a whole] are not as active as we use to be

go back 10 years or even 5 years before social media, and boom

we are still quite active but not as active

I can imagine! Back 5-10 years ago I was active on forums for almost all my favorite films, shows and celebrities, but they have all disappeared by now. It's a shame! But at least there's still regular activity on here

Yes

it really is remarkable of how some of the boards that are still around

related to the older shows and etc

Obviously some forums have came and gone like related to my current James Marsters

he had a forum up until 2016 or so

Even remember Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, and just a whole others that had them but since closed

We really have.

There was a time though where FF went down for a bit and I don't think I came back until a few years after it was back up. I think once I came back though I stayed ever since.

You might have got distracted by tumblr/twitter.

We have lost many a poster to those two things. And while I do like both of those things I feel more comfortable posting my thoughts and having discussions on here than anywhere else. We are definitely trying to keep it going here but sadly we aren't as active as we use to be and discussions can be hard to come by. But new posters always bring in new povs and insights so another reason we're all very happy to have you.

Yeah I remember the days when I couldn't even keep up with a thread (Dianna board and around FF) very well because it moved so fast. Now most threads take a while. We're still going but not like it was.

Been a while but sorry about you having to close James.

Oh I never really was over on his forum

just on a James high right now cause he was in town for our comic con and I TALKED TO HIM

related to having gotten to ask him 2 questions for panel

James' has always been on my favorites list somewhere cause Buffy but I have so many lists where sometimes don't know what is what after my main 8 [4 female and 4 mae]
