The dress that they loved on Fashion Police was the black dress she wore to the Katie Couric show when they were promoting The Family. This was also when she was asked about Cory and she was teary eyed.

Thanks for that. Though I could have sworn there was another time way before that they also liked her dress. But I'm not sure. I didn't really keep up with FP too much.
