Me neither - it's comical at best. And what's worse is how many votes he STILL got this campaign. It's disturbing. A ton of white women voted for him, probably ones that posted BLM images on their instagrams too to get likes. He shouldn't be getting ANY votes. And his followers are so adamant that there was cheating, and when you present them with disputing evidence they just go "well of COURSE they would say that's not real" etc. etc. It's just mind-boggling to me.

It's bizarre and infuriating, how blindly they listen to him and refuse to listen to reasons provided by non-Republicans. White men and women are the worst, and are his core supporters ... which is not surprising since they benefit the most from his policies.

I read that Trump actually did better amongst black men this time around. What the heck, this man is the most racist person ever.

I would never vote for him, ever. Not the last round, not this one especially.

We don’t have such a long transition period here between Prime Ministers (in fact, it’s immediate), but it’s typically not an issue for the US, it seems ... even when it’s a transition from a Republican to Democrat but those are actual adults behaving as such. Which clearly isn’t the case here, Trump won’t go down easy.

Same in Australia I think, No he is still in charge technically until that point in January I thought it was automatic.

Yeah, but here it’s different and the transition happens within the few days after the election results are out. It works differently in the US and presumably other countries where there is a period of a few week or months before the new leader takes over.
