Finally read it! I had heard of the Bechdel test before but not the other ones. I'm not surprised that the 100 passed them all though. I think what it does better than a lot of other shows/movies is it gives the audience multiple complex female characters. A lot of shows I feel like they give you one mandatory strong female character and then that's it. :no:

Oh for sure. :nod: I had heard of the Bechdel and sexy lamp test but a lot of those are new to me and I love that the show hit the mark when it comes to all the tests. :) Like you said, some shows seem to do it to "check the box" in terms of female representation but you get all types of women on the show and they're racially diverse (though not as much as the men though, I have to say) and they don't have traditionally "feminine" jobs ... but it's never brought up because it's not uncommon in the world of the 100. They're tough/can kick your butts anyday and yet they cry/express their emotions regularly too, and I love that the show shows all aspects of these women like that. :)

I'm oblivious, so I didn't know ANY of those tests :rotfl:
